The site was successfully promoted by Neil Cox through the Wyre Forest Local Plan and now benefits from an allocation for up to 1,450 homes, primary school, local centre and strategic green infrastructure.
A hybrid consent was secured in 2025, to include a detailed first phase comprising 395 homes. This phase is currently under construction.
Evolve is currently assisting Taylor Wimpey with a reserved matters application in respect of Phase 2 following community engagement undertaken in early 2026.
