Evolve worked with a local landowner to secure planning permission for a new woodland and equestrian facilities on a Green Belt site in Staffordshire.
Evolve assisted with demonstrating the proposal was not inappropriate development within the Green Belt and would secure a strengthened Green Belt boundary in this location. In addition, it was demonstrated that the proposal resulted in a significant biodiversity net gain. Planning consent was achieved within the 8 week determination period, with no pre-commencement conditions.
